Powered by a choice of Intel Core processors (up to i9), the laptop comes with Nvidia’s GeForce RTX 2070 graphics and 8 or 16GB of RAM. Both models come with a 144Hz refresh rate, which should ensure super-smooth gaming even on graphic intensive-titles. At well over 2kg, neither devices are lightweight, but the premium specs on a portable machine should more than make up for that. Pricing is yet to be revealed, although we’d expect it to be around the £999 that the previous 17in version started at. Whether these devices can rival the likes of Asus and Razer to be considered among the best gaming laptops remains to be seen.
